We are proud of all that our 2026-2027 cohort of ten visiting professors are doing to ensure San Diego university students receive balanced, deep knowledge about the complexities of modern Israel.

Students clearly crave this information: One of the featured professors, Dr. Eitan Shamir, a renowned expert in Israeli political science, has 309 students in his “Insurgency and Terrorism” and “Politics and Warfare” courses at UCSD’s Political Science Department.
