Join Judge Rachel Barkai to hear how the judiciary defends democracy in Israel. Judge Barkai is the Vice President of the Tel Aviv District Court of Appeal and currently an MGSDII Visiting Professor at USD Law School and Cal Western School of Law.

This event will be moderated by Eli Berman, a professor at the UCSD School of Global Policy and Strategy and a member of the Faculty Advisory Committee for the UCSD Jewish Studies Program.
