Join MGSDII and the Hive as we shine the light on the Machane Yehuda Market in the heart of Jerusalem with a screening of “Meet Me in the Market.” In 1962 Jackie Kennedy invited the world on a tour of the white house. In this performance, just like she did then, Jackie Kennedy (played by Ori Lenkinski) invites the world via camera lens, on a tour of Machane Yehuda market – a site which is, like her, rich in history, secrets, and life. After the screening, you will have an opportunity to hear from creator, Ori Lenkinski, and Elad Schecter, founder of c.a.t.a.m.o.n. Dance Group, for a lively discussion about the impact of the market in the city of Jerusalem.
