Professor Israel (Issi) Doron, Head of the Center for Research and Study of Aging at the University of Haifa, came to San Diego for a lecture series. Doron is Israel’s foremost experts on aging and is known worldwide as the field’s international academic expert. He shared his expertise at the UCSD Stein Institute for Research on Aging Grand Rounds as well as at SDSU’s Department of Anthropology. In addition, a MGSDII SalonSeries was hosted at a private home in Del Mar for supporters of the program.
