The Murray Galinson San Diego-Israel Initiative (MGSDII), Impact Cubed, and the Center for Jewish Culture join theaters around the world in premiering We Will Dance Again, a harrowing glimpse through the eyes of the individuals who endured the brutal October 7th onslaught at the Nova music festival.
Friendship, love, and freedom- these ideals drew young hearts from around the globe to Nova’s EDM music festival in south Israel. But as the sun rose on October 7th, the fantasy shattered.
The film is a stark portrayal of the experiences of those who survived and those who didn’t. The film meticulously reconstructs the horrifying events, capturing the raw emotions and heroism that emerged amidst the senseless violence.

Following the screening, hear from a panel of MGSDII Visiting Israeli Professors, historian Dr. Giora Goodman and filmmaker Tom Shoval, as they share their insights on the film and their unique experiences of being in Israel on October 7th.
